RNM Properties in leasing over a million square feet of office, R&D and retail spaces, including transactions with such tenants as Infineon, Sony Systems, Dun & Bradstreet, Lawyers Title, Starbucks, McAfee Software, Marsh Insurance, Ann Taylor, Orvis, Extreme Pizza, Babson College, Kaiser Hospitals and various national law firms, including Tucker Ellis & West and Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold. BVL represented RNM in negotiating with CamelBak for its new headquarters in Petaluma. BVL also represented RNM in negotiations with Thermo Fisher Scientific for its new facility in Petaluma and with Calix Networks for its lease renewal; both transactions involved significant allowance and build-out issues. BVL represented RNM in negotiating a thirty-five year, 120,000 square foot lease with The Sobrato Foundation, a ten-year, 50,000 square foot lease with The American Bottling Company (Dr. Pepper, Snapple, 7-Up), a ten-year, 40,000 square foot lease for the headquarters of Athleta, a division of The Gap, as well as a number of smaller lease transactions.
